Training and Consultancy Enquiries
If you would like to speak to us about training or consultancy services, please complete our online enquiry form and someone will contact you to discuss your needs.
If you have a query about our online communities, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or members can speak to an administrator or moderator through the dashboard, group and forum pages in the members' areas.
Commissions and Contracts
If you have a query related to a commissioned service or an existing contract and are not able to reach your contract manager, please email email@example.com and mark your email "URGENT" in your subject line, and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Feedback and Complaints
We welcome your feedback and opportunities to improve our service, or find our what we are doing well. Our contracted services include feedback forms, which we would encourage you to complete, and we welcome any additional comments by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to make a complaint about our service, you can email us at email@example.com and we will do what we can to resolve your issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue informally, we will provide you with our formal complaints process and we will try to reach a formal resolution instead.
